Tamarindo Diria Beach and Golf Resort

Tamarindo Diria Beach & Golf Resort was the first hotel to be built on the beautiful Tamarindo beach, giving it its privileged location in respect to the large quantity of Tamarindo hotels that have been constructed in the area over the last 30 years.

This marvelous resort was built over 5 hectares of land, and has an unique combination of traditional and contemporary architecture, surrounded by exotic tropical gardens which offer guests the peace and tranquility that can only be found on the beaches of Costa Rica.

Most of the hotels rooms have beach views; the others directly face the town of Tamarindo with direct access to all of its facilities. Tamarindo Resort offers 183 guest rooms in three categories to meet your individual needs.

For lovers of good cuisine, the hotel offers two different style restaurants. The Diria is a family style restaurant that serves national and international dishes. Matapalo Restaurant, with its beachfront location, offers a unique style for couples who which to share some private moments with the ocean as the backdrop. The resort also has an excellent bar for nightlife, and a wet bar in the main pool.

The complex is divided in two areas; the first includes the hotel reception, the primary restaurant, and the Classic and Sunset rooms with beach views. The second area, just across the main road of Tamarindo, includes the main pool and wet bar, and the tropical rooms overlooking the pool.
